The "lilac" on this cloth started out as gray. I like how it's laundered into another color! I also have this cloth in the yellow and brown colorway. More on this later. I'd love to find it in the blue tones, too.

Thoughts of Next Year: Lilac Poinsettia
I find it interesting that several of the cloths I did not use this year feature unconventional Christmas color combinations. Designing a nice tablescape with these linens will require a bit more time and effort on my part than the red and green 'scapes that I can do so quickly given that I have a lot of dishes and accessories in these colors. I'm glad I have a year to think about these new color combinations, like this scarlet and lilac Queen Ann poinsettia.
