A few pinecones and some tall grasses welcome the new season.
We'll see how long I can leave these plumes in the vases. Sparkle & Fizz find them most appetizing, and I really don't what to see what happens when a cat lands on the mantle.
I also spruced up the arrangement of the red stripe Fiesta with some metal holders for the tumblers and glassware. No natural accents here, since they are in the kitty zone.
The centerpiece from last week's table is resting high atop the Hoosier.
We'll enjoy these little autumnal changes for ten days or so until it's time to enjoy the Halloween decorations. I'm sharing these little bits of nature for Seasonal Sunday at The Tablescaper and for Tabletop Tuesday at A Stroll Through Life.
I really enjoyed your absolutely gorgeous displays & photos!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely way to add the warm feeling of fall to your decor. Too bad the kitties are so attracted to them. Still, it's just for a few days until you change up for Halloween. Thanks for sharing your photos. Happy Fall.
ReplyDeleteIt all looks gorgeous. I hope the fur babies don't make it up to the mantle.
ReplyDeleteLove your mantel arrangement and the Fiiesta display is great.Hope those fur babies leave it alone.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI love the pop of your white fireplace against the yellow wall. Your dish collection is fabulous! Gotta tell you, I LOVE red. that Fiesta display, well let's just say I would kill for it. lol! Seriously though, it's all gorgeous! Hope the kitty's stay at bay. Hopped over from TTT. Now following you.
Thanks for your kind words, and welcome to the table, Jann! Sparkle and Fizz have learned to ignore the grasses, so for now it's "so far, so good!"
